After about five years of use, the kitchen left by the previous owner had noticeably deteriorated. At the same time, the existing layout no longer met the family’s functional needs. Because of this, the homeowner of the Estella District 2 apartment contacted Truong Thang and decided to apply the Urban kitchen collection to renovate the kitchen space.

The previous owner installed the kitchen of the Estella District 2 apartment using melamine materials. Over time, the cabinets showed clear signs of wear and aging. In addition, the original layout lacked space for essential appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, and commonly used devices like a blender or air fryer.
The refrigerator area also stood apart from the main kitchen layout, creating a disconnected and inefficient workflow.
The cabinet color had faded over time, and the cabinet doors became loose, causing inconvenience during daily use and reducing the overall aesthetics of the kitchen.
To solve the homeowner’s concerns, Truong Thang carefully analyzed the layout and usage habits before proposing a renovation plan. Through the Design Center service, the team developed a kitchen solution based on both the apartment layout and the client’s budget.

During a visit to the Truong Thang Sala showroom in District 2, the homeowner was impressed by the Urban kitchen collection. Therefore, the renovated kitchen design follows the Urban design language.
The new kitchen features a clean and optimized design with recessed handles while integrating all essential modern conveniences.
Truong Thang arranged the refrigerator, preparation area, and cooking zone in a logical sequence to create an efficient workflow. In addition, the team integrated appliances such as the dishwasher and oven directly into the cabinet modules to match the homeowner’s daily habits.
Previously, the refrigerator area only included a basic base cabinet system, which left the space empty and underutilized. In the new layout, Truong Thang added side cabinets next to the refrigerator along with ceiling-height storage units. These upper modules now provide practical storage for items used less frequently.
In addition, a glass display cabinet combines storage and decoration, enhancing both organization and aesthetics within the space.
By combining oak veneer, fingerprint-resistant lacquer finishes, and glass cabinet doors, Truong Thang transformed the kitchen of the Estella District 2 apartment into a space that reflects the true value of this high-end property.
