A well-planned craftsmanship environment.
To realize complex spatial solutions, the Truong Thang factory is organized into six specialized zones. Together, they operate as an integrated production ecosystem:

Truong Thang invests in an increasingly automated production system to accommodate projects of different scales. From technical drawing breakdown to machining and finishing, every stage is optimized for efficiency. This approach also helps reduce material waste and maintain consistent output quality.

The system creates a seamless data flow from technical drawings to CNC machinery. As a result, it shortens production documentation time by more than 60%. It also reduces manual errors and helps optimize production planning for each project.
Using intelligent cutting algorithms, the beam saw system delivers high precision with very tight tolerances. At the same time, it can reduce material waste by 20% and cut labor requirements by up to 80% compared with traditional methods.
The system supports high production speed while maintaining refined finishing quality. Tight, nearly seamless edge bonding helps protect the core material inside. In addition, it creates a clean and precise finish along every edge.
A centralized management platform enables real-time monitoring across the production process. This includes raw materials, order progress, and coordination between different workshops. As a result, the entire production chain can operate more smoothly and consistently.
At Truong Thang, the QA-QC quality control system does not begin only when a product is completed. Instead, it operates throughout the entire process, from incoming materials and operating conditions to completion. This continuous control helps ensure that each finished product remains as true as possible to the original design.

The seven-layer control system includes:
