Ground floor interior layout plan
The open-plan layout on the ground floor creates an airy and welcoming atmosphere.
From the entrance lobby, the living room appears first. The Thu Duc townhouse interior features raw cement-gray walls and flooring, which contribute to its distinctive character. Against this neutral backdrop, the Cenere Oak coffee table and storage cabinet stand out as refined focal points.

The functional layout reflects thoughtful planning. The Vega coffee table at the center prioritizes aesthetic balance rather than heavy storage. Homeowners can conveniently place daily essentials such as water glasses or books here.
For a multi-member family, storage becomes essential. Therefore, the side cabinet offers both visual harmony and practical storage solutions, effectively addressing this need.
Connected seamlessly to the living room, the kitchen and dining area serve as the heart of family interaction.
When guests visit, the layout enhances closeness and encourages natural conversation between hosts and visitors.

The kitchen and dining space feel bright and open, thanks to the airy design and abundant natural light.
This area includes a parallel kitchen system with a central island and a dining set. The combination of wood materials and stone-effect lacquer finishes creates a harmonious contrast between closed cabinets and open shelving.
The central kitchen island offers multiple advantages, especially for large families or homes that frequently host guests.
Unlike a single-line kitchen without an island, this design allows family members to gather, prepare meals together, and converse without turning their backs on one another. The lower island cabinets store frequently used items such as dishes and cookware.
Near the staircase, Truong Thang designed a storage and display area. The space stands out through its refined combination of natural lighting, integrated lighting systems, Cenere Oak veneer finishes, and concealed handles. As a result, the entire area feels warm and inviting.

The kitchen cabinet doors in this section feature a special detail: Truong Thang applied stone-effect lacquer to harmonize with the wall and floor tones.
In the main cooking zone, the refrigerator, preparation area, and cooking area follow a scientific workflow. Additionally, modern appliances enhance convenience and help homeowners save time in daily cooking.
The dining set includes Cora chairs paired with the Edge table and bench, proportioned perfectly for the space. The design team researched and refined these products based on user behavior, ensuring optimal comfort.
The grandmother’s bedroom sits on the ground floor for convenient daily access. Wooden flooring adds warmth to the space. Combined with the warm-toned interior palette, the room provides an ideal resting environment.

At the center of the master bedroom stands the Eternity bed, forming the focal point of the room.
This master suite combines rest and functionality. The wardrobe system and TV cabinet offer generous storage capacity. Flat-panel cabinet doors maintain clean aesthetics, ensuring the room remains tidy despite its large storage volume.

The TV cabinet near the entrance aligns visually with the door and wardrobe design, creating consistency throughout the Thu Duc townhouse interior.

A compact work and dressing desk integrates seamlessly with the closet system, optimizing space usage.
The Thu Duc townhouse interior maintains a consistent design language across all rooms.

In contrast to the other bedrooms, the bedside table here has been replaced with a small bookshelf near the bed, creating a personalized touch.
