Located in one of the most prestigious residential developments in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vinhomes Golden River Ba Son apartment holds significant real estate value. However, after five years of being unused, the interior no longer met the functional needs of the homeowner couple nor reflected the true value of the property.
Due to the couple’s lifestyle—different from that of large families or young couples—Truong Thang focused this renovation on a modern minimalist apartment interior. At the same time, the design team applied optimized space planning and functional solutions to create a comfortable, elegant, and refined living environment.

The living room and kitchen areas feature a soft Canapa oak tone, creating a warm yet spacious atmosphere. Truong Thang carefully coordinated the interior elements to balance functionality, aesthetics, and openness.

Based on the homeowners’ specific needs, Truong Thang equipped the kitchen with full functionality designed for two users. Meanwhile, the living room connects seamlessly with the coffee table, sofa, and TV cabinet, creating a harmonious layout.
The bedroom doors use the Trendy collection, offering a minimalist yet contemporary design.
Although the living room, kitchen, and dining areas serve different functions, they share the same open space. Therefore, the layout encourages natural interaction during daily activities. In addition, Truong Thang customized the dining table and chairs based on the Edge table and Cora chairs to better suit the apartment size. The Cognac Oak tone adds a refined highlight without overwhelming the interior space.

The bedroom design centers around the Refill bed as the main focal point. Truong Thang also arranged bedside tables, a TV cabinet, and a dressing area to enhance daily convenience. The wardrobe features a custom curved design with ceiling-height cabinets, which improves aesthetics while maximizing storage capacity.
Additionally, the bedroom uses Natural oak wood flooring, which brings a relaxing and comfortable feeling when entering the space.
Bedroom 2 follows a similar design concept and uses the same key furniture pieces as Bedroom 1, maintaining a cohesive and harmonious modern apartment interior throughout the home.
