Warranty & After-sales Policy

At Truong Thang, a clear Warranty & After-sales policy is a key part of our commitment to customers. We focus not only on product quality at handover, but also on long-term user experience and customer peace of mind.

1. Warranty Period

The warranty period starts from the project acceptance date, provided that all payments have been fully settled.

The policy is as follows:

• For wooden products: 3 years
• For Blum hardware (Austria): Lifetime warranty based on product lifespan
• For third-party appliances (such as Teka, Bosch, Hafele, Vicostone…): Customers will be guided to retain warranty cards or product serial numbers (for electronic warranties). Truong Thang will provide all relevant documents after the handover so customers can work directly with suppliers.

2. Warranty Scope

The warranty applies in the following cases:

• Warping due to wood defects
• Internal termite damage
• Damage or scratches caused by installation technical errors

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Improper use or misuse not following instructions
• Damage caused by impact or scratches during use
• Exposure to unfavorable environments such as humidity, chemicals, termites, or animals
• Unauthorized repair or modification of the original structure
• Improper conditions, such as direct sunlight exposure or water immersion
• Natural wear over time (wood darkening, veneer color changes)
• Expired warranty period
• Products without valid warranty information from Truong Thang or suppliers
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters

In these cases, Truong Thang continues to provide repair support. Costs will be clearly discussed before proceeding.

3. Maintenance

After the warranty period, all Truong Thang products are covered by maintenance services for up to 10 years. We provide support at reasonable costs.

Even after the warranty expires, Truong Thang furniture is maintained for up to 10 years.

Upon receiving a request:

• Technicians will visit the site directly for inner-city areas
• For remote locations, Truong Thang will arrange support as soon as possible

Maintenance costs depend on the level of damage. A detailed quotation will be provided before the repair.
