Sales Process

CONSULTATION (Introduction – Identifying Needs – Recommending Solutions)

Customers will receive an overview of:

  • Truong Thang’s brand and design philosophy
  • Product collections (advantages and functionality)
  • Production quality and materials used
  • Services and working process.

Truong Thang will have an in-depth discussion with the customer to better understand:

  • Product interests (loose furniture, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, full package, etc.)
  • Expected budget
  • Functional needs and preferred appliances
  • Aesthetic preferences, materials, and color schemes

Based on the gathered information, Truong Thang’s consultants will:

  • Recommend solutions based on available standards

  • Tailor options to individual needs (custom dimensions, materials, layouts, etc.)

Our goal is to help customers make the right decisions from the beginning, minimizing issues and saving time in later stages.

DESIGN & SOLUTIONS

For loose items such as tables, chairs, beds, and standalone cabinets, customers can choose directly from Truong Thang’s standard collections without requiring a custom design.

If customization is needed (in terms of dimensions, materials, or structure), Truong Thang will:

  • Advise on feasibility based on the original design
  • Redesign the item (R&D) to ensure technical accuracy and aesthetics
  • Provide sketches or visual descriptions if needed
  • Offer a separate cost estimate for the customized product

Designing cabinet systems follows a 3-step process, enabling customers to manage space, materials, functionality, and budget effectively:

Step 1 – Initial Concept Development

  • Analyze floor plan and user habits (including a list of required functions and appliances)
  • Propose a preliminary layout and develop a 3D concept render
  • Recommend standard materials, colors, and functions
  • Provide a preliminary cost estimate to give customers an overview of the budget.

Step 2 – Finalize the Design Proposal

  • Confirm layout and design concept
  • Produce a complete 3D rendering
  • Define cabinet details: dimensions, structure, and accessories
  • Adjust the proposal to align with the actual budget
  • Receive feedback and fine-tune the design based on customer needs.

Step 3 – Design Approval

  • Complete technical drawings
  • Submit the full design documentation for customer approval before production
  • Provide the official quotation based on the confirmed design and selections.

CONTRACT

Once the customer agrees with the quotation, both parties will proceed to confirm the order and sign the official contract.

Specifically, the customer will:

  • Review and confirm all order details: products, quantities, specifications, timeline, etc.
  • Sign the contract based on the agreed terms.
  • Make the initial payment as per the agreed terms.
  • Receive notification of the production or project start date.

PRODUCTION

All Truong Thang products are manufactured using a Make-to-Order approach—production only begins once the design is finalized and the order is confirmed.

Given the premium nature of the products, which require high precision and a high level of customization, the manufacturing process is methodically carried out at Truong Thang’s factory under strict supervision by the technical and quality control teams.

Estimated production times:

  • Loose furniture: 10–15 working days
  • Wooden doors: 15–20 working days
  • Wooden flooring: 7 working days
  • Kitchen & wardrobe systems (cabinetry): 20–30 working days

Timelines may vary depending on order volume, level of customization, and the factory’s production schedule at the time of contract signing.

Throughout the production process, each stage is carefully inspected for:

  • Accuracy according to design specifications
  • Consistency in color, material, and construction
  • Surface finish quality and product durability

Only products that pass all internal quality checks will proceed to packaging and move on to the delivery and installation stage.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Before delivery, Truong Thang will:

  • Confirm that the site is ready to receive goods: the ceiling, walls, and flooring must be completed, dry, dust-free, and not affected by other ongoing construction.
  • Plan a safe and appropriate delivery method based on the site conditions.

Installation will be carried out by Truong Thang’s technical team based on the approved technical drawings.

During installation, customers are required to ensure:

  • Actual on-site dimensions match the approved drawings
  • Electrical and plumbing systems (if applicable) are ready for use
  • The site is properly protected so that products are not damaged by other contractors’ work or environmental factors.

Once installation is complete, Truong Thang will:

  • Perform a final technical inspection on-site
  • Clean the installation area
  • Conduct an on-site handover with confirmation from the customer or their representative

Administrative acceptance and warranty issuance will follow in the next step.

COMPLETION & AFTER-SALES SERVICE

  • Customers have up to 48 hours to confirm acceptance or provide feedback.
  • If no response is received within this period, the product will be considered successfully accepted by default.
  • After acceptance:
    • Truong Thang will collect the final payment.

    • Official warranty certificates will be issued for each product category.

In-home usage guidance:
Customers can request product operation assistance by notifying us 48 hours in advance. Truong Thang will arrange for a technician to provide guidance at the home (applicable for products requiring technical instructions).

Scheduled maintenance:

  • Carried out every 6 or 12 months, depending on the product.

  • Includes inspection, cleaning, and minor adjustments to ensure lasting durability, functionality, and aesthetics.
