Warranty and Maintenance Policy
With a reliable and prompt customer care, warranty, and maintenance system, let Truong Thang accompany you to make your life even smoother!
1. Warranty Period
The warranty policy is applicable from the date of project acceptance and after Customer has fully settled all outstanding payments to Truong Thang.
– For wooden materials: 3 years.
– For Blum accessories: throughout the product’s lifespan.
– For equipment from other suppliers (Teka, Hafele, Bosch, Vicostone, etc.) (if applicable), Customer should keep the warranty certificate from the respective supplier or the serial number on the packaging (in the case of electronic warranties) to ensure that the product is warranted according to the specified regulations. After acceptance, Truong Thang is responsible for transferring the entire warranty documentation to Customer so that they can directly contact the supplier if needed.
2. Warranty Coverage
– Truong Thang is responsible for repairing or replacing the following for Customer:
- Products that are warped due to wood defects.
- Products affected by internal wood infestation.
- Damaged or scratched products caused by technical errors during the installation process.
– Cases not covered by the warranty policy include:
- Products damaged due to incorrect use, purpose, or failure to follow usage instructions.
- Scratched or damaged products caused by the customer during use.
- The product is damaged due to high humidity, water, termites, insects, animals, and chemicals. Or if Customer independently carries out repairs, replaces accessories, or alters the structure deviating from the original design.
- Products exposed to high-temperature fluctuations, placed in direct sunlight, or used in an unsuitable environment, such as being submerged in water leading to expansion and warping.
- Natural wear and tear during use. Wood and boards are also influenced by environmental factors (temperature, humidity, light, etc.), causing discoloration over time, which is a natural process and therefore not covered by the warranty.
- Products that have exceeded the warranty period.
- Products without warranty certificates from Truong Thang and third-party suppliers (Teka, Hafele, Bosch, Vicostone, etc.).
- Damages beyond control caused by natural disasters.
In the event of product defects resulting from improper storage as outlined above, Truong Thang will undertake repairs or replacements at a cost agreed upon by both parties.
3. Maintenance
- After the warranty period, all products from Truong Thang are eligible for a 10-year maintenance service. Truong Thang will assist Customer with the most reasonable costs.
- Upon receiving maintenance requests from Customer, Truong Thang will dispatch technical staff to the location (applicable to urban areas).
- For Customers in other province areas, depending on the location, Truong Thang will arrange for technicians to arrive as soon as possible to address the issue promptly. Regarding damaged products, the cost will depend on the extent of the damage. In cases where charges apply, Truong Thang will provide a detailed cost estimate to Customer. If Customer agrees, the repair or resolution process will proceed accordingly.
