Trendy H features horizontal wood grain in Oak or Walnut. This grain direction creates a sense of width and openness for the room. The veneer sheets are carefully selected based on the shape and character of the grain. Then, skilled craftsmen arrange them with precision and balance. As a result, each door achieves a harmonious and refined appearance.
Meanwhile, Trendy V features vertical wood grain. This direction creates a lighter and more elegant feeling for the space. Because natural wood grain is never completely identical, each Trendy door becomes a unique piece. It creates a subtle focal point and adds lasting value to the home.
In terms of structure, Trendy can be seen as an improved version in the wooden door market, especially among flat door designs. Traditional production methods often use MFC or MDF for the door core. In contrast, Truong Thang uses water-resistant Russian Birch plywood to create a more durable structure over time.
The multi-layer structure of plywood is made from layers of wood veneer arranged in cross-grain directions. This helps reduce the natural movement, expansion, and shrinkage of wood. As a result, the door achieves higher stability than MFC or MDF cores. It is also designed for long-term durability of over 25 years.
