II. Overall Townhouse Layout

Based on the homeowner’s needs and the actual site conditions, Truong Thang planned the layout scientifically to optimize functionality while ensuring smooth circulation. This step is extremely important in the design process, allowing homeowners to have a clear overview of functional areas within the living space.

III. Truong Thang Interior Solutions

The Lavilla Long An townhouse interior follows a modern design style. Truong Thang’s interior ecosystem extends throughout the living room, kitchen, dining area, and bedrooms. Warm and luxurious walnut tones create visual consistency between spaces. The result is a harmonious interior that balances aesthetics with functionality, delivering a comfortable yet sophisticated living environment.

1. Living Kitchen

Understanding the limitations of tube houses, such as narrow width, deep layout, and limited natural light, Truong Thang designed the interior using the Living Kitchen concept. This approach reduces separation between functional areas, creating a seamless and more spacious feeling than the actual size. It also maximizes the depth of the townhouse.

As the homeowner enjoys collecting fine wine, a TV cabinet combined with display shelves was placed in the center of the living room. This solution provides both storage functionality and an opportunity to showcase the homeowner’s personal taste.

Taking advantage of the townhouse depth, Truong Thang designed an I-shaped kitchen layout using the Timeless kitchen collection. The design fully satisfies the homeowner’s functional needs while offering a refreshed and elegant aesthetic.

The I-shaped kitchen is arranged according to the kitchen triangle principle. Even with a single cabinet line, the refrigerator, sink, and cooktop are positioned effectively to optimize space and improve workflow efficiency.

Staircase Area

Truong Thang maximized the under-stair space by integrating a decorative cabinet system and a bathroom. This design optimizes usable space while enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.

2. Family Lounge

In contrast to the grand living room, the family lounge of the Lavilla Long An townhouse interior offers a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The space features a minimalist TV cabinet system, bookshelves, and a Floating coffee table. According to the homeowner, this is the favorite area for the entire family—where parents can relax and spend quality time talking with their two children.

3. Master Bedroom of the Lavilla Townhouse

The master bedroom features a refined design using natural walnut wood combined with soft natural lighting, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It becomes a place where homeowners can recharge and find peace after a long day.

Truong Thang focused on improving sleep quality by using the Refill bed, designed with minimal metal components to reduce electromagnetic interference while maintaining the strength of solid wood. The wooden headboard wall further enhances visual continuity and harmony within the space.

Entertainment and storage solutions are integrated through furniture pieces such as the Latus bedside table, TV cabinet, and decorative shelving. The Neva desk serves as a multifunctional element, functioning as both a workspace and dressing table—an essential highlight for the homeowner.

The master wardrobe area is designed separately from the sleeping space. The Urban hinged wardrobe system maximizes storage by utilizing the L-shaped layout. With a floor-to-ceiling fit, it also becomes a striking interior feature.

4. Children’s Bedrooms

While walnut wood represents warmth and prosperity, oak wood is Truong Thang’s ideal material choice for children’s rooms. With its bright tone and natural character, oak stimulates creativity and encourages imagination.

Natural light is maximized throughout the interior design to ensure a bright environment that supports children’s development.

Similar to the parents’ bedroom, the Refill solid oak bed remains the focal point. To match a youthful style, the Mela bedside table replaces the previous design. Both children’s bedrooms maintain consistent furniture styling, creating harmony with the main living space.

Truong Thang created a cohesive interior environment by using wooden doors and wood flooring throughout the home. Walnut wood staircase steps further enhance the overall design unity.
