II. Existing Condition of the Dong Nai Townhouse

When Truong Thang took over the project, the contractor had already completed the structural work and exterior of the Dong Nai townhouse. However, the interior space remained unfinished. Therefore, Truong Thang carefully studied the homeowner’s lifestyle and design preferences. Based on this information, the team proposed interior solutions that better matched the existing layout and the family’s daily needs.

III. Interior Product Ecosystem for the 3-Bedroom Townhouse

The homeowner wanted a living space that feels comfortable, relaxing, and visually appealing after a long working day. Previously, the homeowner had used solid wood furniture and especially appreciated natural wood grain. When the homeowner visited the Truong Thang showroom, the materials and product design immediately created a strong impression. As a result, the homeowner became confident in choosing Truong Thang for the interior construction.

Although the homeowner already had a layout plan and 3D drawings, the arrangement still felt incomplete. Therefore, Truong Thang reviewed the entire design. After careful consultation, the team reorganized the furniture layout to better match the homeowner’s lifestyle and personal taste.

1. Ground Floor Space

Living Room

The living room serves as both the central gathering area and a space that reflects the homeowner’s aesthetic taste. Therefore, Truong Thang designed the living room of the Dong Nai townhouse with elegance and refinement.

The highlight of the space is the wine cabinet and TV cabinet system designed in a cohesive style. Using premium materials and meticulous finishing, the cabinets add sophistication and harmony to the interior.

The cabinet system also functions as a display unit and subtly separates the living room from the kitchen area.

2. Second Floor Space

Master Bedroom

With a design focused on comfort and convenience, Truong Thang skillfully combined natural lighting with minimalist yet artistic furniture. Elements such as the bed, bedside tables, and work desk are arranged harmoniously to create a warm, balanced space.

The Eternity bed is placed at the center of the master bedroom, allowing convenient circulation and optimal use of space.

Master Walk-in Closet

The walk-in closet inside the master bedroom provides both luxury and convenience. Truong Thang installed ceiling-height wardrobes, which maximize storage capacity. In addition, drawers, open shelves, and organized hanging areas allow clothing to remain tidy and easy to access.

High-quality materials with elegant tones create a warm and refined atmosphere. In addition, integrated LED lighting inside the cabinets enhances aesthetics while supporting visibility when choosing outfits.

The wardrobe system opposite the closet integrates a large mirror for convenient outfit preparation.

Parallel wardrobe layouts maximize storage while maintaining a balanced room composition.

The vanity cabinet system is designed to match the overall bedroom interior.

Girls’ Bedrooms

Truong Thang designed the two girls’ bedrooms with a gentle and refined style. In addition, the design team carefully arranged each element to optimize space and functionality. High-quality materials and elegant color tones create a comfortable and relaxing environment for the children.
