Location of the Binh Tan villa project in Ho Chi Minh City
As a successful entrepreneur with extensive life experience, the homeowner of the Binh Tan villa had very specific expectations for the kitchen space. The kitchen needed to combine harmonious aesthetics, flexible functionality, and modern appliances. This approach ensures that the space serves everyday family life while also accommodating guest gatherings.
In a villa, the kitchen is more than just a place for cooking—it is the heart of the home. It connects family members and becomes an ideal setting for warm gatherings and small parties. With thoughtful design and a well-organized layout, Truong Thang created an open kitchen concept for the Binh Tan villa, seamlessly connecting the kitchen with the dining and living areas to maintain continuity within the living space.

Based on the floor plan and the homeowner’s requirements, Truong Thang arranged the kitchen layout through the Truong Thang Studio service. This process helped the homeowner visualize the overall interior and plan the project budget efficiently, while also shortening the working timeline without compromising quality.

The kitchen was designed based on the City kitchen collection with a dominant white tone. This design creates a luxurious and modern look while highlighting refined details and premium materials. At the same time, the bright color palette enhances the spacious and clean atmosphere of the Binh Tan villa kitchen while maintaining harmony with the overall interior design.

A kitchen should not only reflect a luxurious lifestyle but also deliver a perfect user experience. Therefore, Truong Thang carefully balances aesthetics, functionality, and convenience in every project. For the Binh Tan villa kitchen, Truong Thang custom-designed the cabinet system to fit the space precisely. This cohesive design creates a clean, minimalist, and elegant appearance.
The kitchen space also features a large island, which provides additional preparation space for parties or casual meals directly in the kitchen.
The first factor Truong Thang focuses on in kitchen design is a scientific workflow. The kitchen is divided into three main zones: storage, preparation, and cooking. This layout reduces unnecessary movement and makes cooking more convenient and comfortable for the homeowner. Ceiling-height cabinets and the large kitchen island also create extensive storage capacity.
To maximize space efficiency, Truong Thang designed a built-in display cabinet next to the staircase. Besides increasing storage and display space, this cabinet system becomes a luxurious focal point with modern glass doors and elegant lighting.
In addition, Truong Thang integrates modern kitchen appliances into the design. These appliances enhance convenience and provide a premium cooking experience for the homeowner and family. The result is a sophisticated kitchen space where the homeowner can proudly welcome and entertain distinguished guests.
